1. Each of Freedom Hoops Fireworks's prize winners will be drawn at random. There is 1 grand prize.

2. The grand prize is valued at $500 in fireworks. NO CASH AWARDED

3.Freedom Hoops Fireworks will select from all entries a Grand-Prize winner. There is one (1) Grand Prize winner.

4. The consolation Prize is valued at 10% off purchase. NO CASH AWARDED

5. The random drawing will be held on July 3.

6. The winner(s) has until July 4, 8 pm to pick up their prize at their specified Freedom Hoops Fireworks location.

7. If the winner does not pick up their prize by July 4, 8 pm, their prize will be forfeited.

8. Contest starts on Jun 29 and ends on July 3.

9. Entries into the Freedom Hoops Fireworks Giveaway can be found at www.freedomhoopsfireworks.com website or at each of the Freedom Hoops Fireworks locations.

10. All Prizes are products owned by Freedom Hoops Fireworks and no other person or entity has any rights.

11. The odds of winning cannot be determined because the total number of entries is not known.

12. All records of the Freedom Hoops Fireworks Giveaway will be held at the corporate office located at 4001 Mission Rd.

13. Entrants into the Freedom Hoops Fireworks Giveaway agree to be contacted by Freedom Hoops Fireworks at any time via Email, SMS Text, Phone Call, and or Direct Mail.

14. Entrants can OPT OUT of being contacted by Freedom Hoops Fireworks at any time, but if the entrant OPT’s Out prior to the drawing of the winner(s), then their Entry is removed from the Freedom Hoops Fireworks Giveaway.

15. An Entry can enter the Freedom Hoops Fireworks Giveaway multiple times and at each location. But, the Entry will only be eligible to win one (1) Location Prize and the Grand Prize.
